Regular Author with Full Paper	RMB 3000 (USD 480) per paper (within 7 pages)
Extra Page Charges (Begin at Page 8)	RMB 400 (USD 70) per extra page
Listener/ Accompanying Person	RMB 1200 (USD 200) per person

Regular Registration fees include the following:

1. Conference Welcome Packet
2. All Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, Breakouts, etc.)
3. Lunch & Dinner
4. Coffee Breaks during All Sessions
5. Conference Proceedings(CD form)
6. Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide
7. Presentation / Social Activities
Notes:
Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
The registration fee does not include:
1. Accommodation
2. Visa application fee
3. Transportation fee
Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. The registration fee is the same regardless of whether author attending conference or not. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@icmaem.org. If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee
Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund
After June 3, 2022: No Refund
Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
