Regular Registration fees include the following:
● Conference Welcome Packet
● All Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, etc.)
● Lunch & Dinner
● Coffee Breaks during All Sessions
● Conference Proceedings(CD form)
● Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide
● Presentation / Social Activities
Notes:
- Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
- The registration fee does not include:
● Accommodation
● Visa application fee
● Transportation fee - Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@icmaem.org. If the author wants to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
● Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee.
● Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund.
● After July 17, 2023: No Refund. - Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
